Having a good grasp of the situation is therefore essential. A constant clear picture of your projects’ financial future and their monitoring is becoming even more important due to these changes. After all, you want financial control of your projects. In order to achieve this and to meet the ever changing reporting guidelines, more up-to-date and uniform information is necessary.

In order to collect the correct management information on your portfolio a uniform and standardised record of each project is required. For the administration of the past of your projects you already place your trust in your project administration. In order to make forecasts of your projects you also need a system on which you can build and which you can trust.

Reaforce® is the solution

Reaforce® calculates and forecasts cash flows. It provides a uniform and therefore comparable picture of your projects (and their future), dynamically in time, thereby helping to form the basis of the transparency of your property portfolio.

Reaforce® uses a database in which all the information on the projects is safely stored. This also allows you to simply set out the entire history of a project. At fixed moments (for example development decisions) a version of the sum can be frozen and stored in the database. This also enables you to calculate various scenarios of a project so that you can compare them to one another.

Link with project administration

Once projects have been implemented in Reaforce®, the Projectcontrol® module can be used to link them with the associated project in your administration. This enables data such as forecasts, budgets, liabilities and actuals to be exchanged. In the Projectcontrol® module after the import of the actuals it is automatically calculated what effect they have on the project’s financing costs. Through this import of actuals a so-called composite cash flow is created. This enables you to make a new modified forecast based on the previous forecast and the actuals.
